Barely 18 months after the entering the region, global conductor installation leader CIS has incorporated USA operation. Andy Penman, founder of the CIS group of companies, is named as President and Brad Pellegrin becomes Vice President of the new company.
Based in Houston, the newly incorporated trading company has double cause to celebrate – the new trading status comes hot on the heels of securing two major contracts in the territory.

CIS is part of the Acteon Group's foundations and moorings division and, since being founded in 2005, has seen meteoric growth – becoming the de facto conductor installation company in a number of key markets, including the Middle East.
