Six years after being founded, CIS has been awarded the NQA/ISO ‘triple crown’ – a set of internationally recognized quality standards covering health & safety, quality and the environment.
CIS has achieved the following standards since first applying in 2007:
- 2007: CIS achieved BS EN ISO 9001: 2004 Quality assurance accreditation.
- 2009: CIS achieved BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 Health & Safety Management system accreditation.
- 2010: CIS achieved BS EN ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Management system accreditation.
CIS also has further cause to celebrate – the company heads into 2011 without a single lost time incident since being set up – a real achievement given the rate of growth in the business and large number of operations carried out annually.
