- In respect of quality management, the company's key objectives to develop, maintain and implement the IMS are as follows:
- define the processes by which matters affecting quality are managed
- assign organisational responsibilities for quality management
- ensure a proper understanding of these responsibilities and processes
- promote a culture of continuous improvement and provide the means by which this will be achieved
- identify and continually improve in respect to customer's expectations

Health & Safety
CIS Limited is committed to undertaking its business in such a way as to minimise the risks of injury or ill-health to people and damage to property.
We will do all that is reasonably practicable to fulfil that commitment by implementing an Integrated Management System including health and safety management arrangements that ensure:
- compliance with all relevant statutes, codes of practice and industry standards
- safe places and systems of work are established
- provision of a competent work force
- risks arising from activities are properly identified, assessed and eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level
- effective communication and consultation on health and safety matters takes place
- effective performance monitoring, auditing and reviewing processes are in place.
